- The Israeli Defense Forces declared on Tuesday that they were carrying out a fresh round of airstrikes, following their pretense of hitting 1,300 Hezbollah targets in Lebanon.
- According to the IDF, the actions were directed towards Hezbollah’s alleged strategic capabilities, which were concealed behind civilian residences and villages.
- Early on Tuesday, the militant group launched a flurry of rockets at northern Israel in retaliation for the aerial bombardment, allegedly targeting military locations including an explosives factory.
