New poll indicates that 15% of Republicans and 49% of independents believe Trump should halt his campaign following his conviction.

Almost 50% of independent voters and some Republicans, according to a recent poll, want Donald Trump to withdraw from the presidential race.

A Friday Morningside Consult survey, Trump should withdraw his 2024 campaign because to his felony conviction, according to 59% of independent voters and 15% of Republican voters. He stated that “Donald Trump was given every opportunity to defend himself” and that the case against him was heard in a state court rather than a federal one. The jury, which was selected “the same way every jury in America is chosen,” was made up of “12 citizens, 12 Americans, and 12 people like you.”

In the wake of his conviction, some of Trump’s ardent supporters are inciting violence online.
